What you will do 

We are seeking a Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer queries.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales support administrative / coordination with an understanding of international cultures.

By utilizing your expertise, you will contribute to the development and maintenance of positive customer relationships, whilst ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. Join us and make a significant impact on our sales efforts and overall business success.

How you will do it

  • Sales Support:
    • Helping the sales team to improve their productivity managing administrative tasks between them and customers
    • Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
    • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders on time
    • Providing assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems as could be Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
    • Provide information and guides to help the sales team
    • Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements
  • Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:
    • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities.
    • Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
    • Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust.

What we look for

  • CFGS/Degree Admin os similar
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems
  • MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Advanced English speaker
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Teamwork and motivational skills
  • Multi-cultural experience
