What you will do
We are seeking a Channel Sales Support Coordinator to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our EMEA Channel Sales representatives and effectively responding to customer queries.
The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in sales support administrative / coordination with an understanding of international cultures.

How you will do it
- Sales Support:
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity managing administrative tasks between them and customers
- Handling orders by phone, email, or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders on time
- Providing assistance for customer orders, account statuses and relevant problems as could be Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Provide information and guides to help the sales team
- Other ad-hoc support tasks and exercises as per business requirements
- Teamwork and Interpersonal Skills:
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders across different departments to ensure alignment in sales activities.
- Communicate openly and professionally with colleagues, sharing insights, best practices, and feedback to foster a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills in interaction with colleagues to build trust.
What we look for
- CFGS/Degree Admin os similar
- 3+ years of experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate
- Experience with ERP and CRM systems
- MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Advanced English speaker
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving
