Role Overview:

Skyhigh Security is seeking a talented Email Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for email deployment and database segmentation to ensure timely and appropriate communication to internal and external audiences. Advanced Marketo background is a must.

About the Role:

• Email Program Buildout and Deployment: leverage and build upon templated programs for email communication to various audiences

• Program Management for Skyhigh Connect: manage end-to-end process for customer Product & Maintenance notifications, including content gathering, program buildout, segmentation, deployment, and reporting

• Email Reporting and Optimization: regular and comprehensive reporting on email programs and contributions to email-related trackers and dashboards 

• Database Segmentation and List Maintenance: pull lists from various databases, ensuring proper hygiene and freshness

• Email Template Enhancements: modify existing Marketo email templates to enhance look and feel, functionality, and adopt dynamic elements

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• 2+ years minimum experience

• Marketo experience is a must (Marketo Certified Professional highly preferred)

• Stellar copywriting and editing skills

• HTML and CSS programming experience highly preferred

• Cross-functional collaboration and project ownership

• Outstanding teamwork, communication, and organizational skills

• Self-motivated, creative, high energy, and resourceful

• Results-oriented, committed to quality of product, and exceptional attention to detail

• Familiarity with cloud technology and cybersecurity is a huge plus
