The Role:

As our Email Marketing Specialist in Mexico, you will be the technical and creative lead for our email engine. This role is designed for someone who enjoys the "how" as much as the "what"—focusing on complex segmentation, deliverability, and the technical architecture of our nurture campaigns to ensure we are reaching our global audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Campaign Architecture: Design, deploy, and optimize advanced automated email workflows and lifecycle triggers using Marketo or similar enterprise-level tools.
  • Bi-Cultural Messaging: Craft high-impact, professional content in both English and Spanish, ensuring all communications are culturally nuanced and brand-aligned.
  • Strategic Audience Segmentation: Develop and maintain sophisticated database segments to ensure highly targeted messaging across various demographics and travel interests.
  • Performance Analytics: Take full ownership of reporting. You will track deep-funnel metrics and translate data into actionable strategies for the broader marketing team.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Navigate the entire campaign lifecycle—from the initial strategy and build to testing, deployment, and post-mortem analysis.
  • Operational Alignment: Collaborate with Sales and Operations to ensure all digital initiatives are synchronized with company-wide revenue goals and service standards.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Complete professional fluency in Spanish and English is required for daily collaboration and high-level content creation.
  • Marketing Expertise: 1+ years of dedicated experience in Email Marketing with an additional year of exposure to the wider digital landscape.
  • Automation Mastery: Hands-on experience with Marketo (or a similar major platform) is a significant advantage.
  • Precision & Autonomy: An ability to work independently, managing a high-volume workload with meticulous attention to detail and zero-error deployment.
  • Growth Orientation: A natural curiosity for emerging marketing trends and a desire to continuously refine your technical skill set.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with global stakeholders and cross-functional partners.
