Role and Responsibilities

The main objective of the Direct Promo Specialist is to design & implement campaigns targeting own audiences, with the objective of generating sales:

Design and implement email & push campaigns for all eStore promotions and sales activities, together with the sales teams Liaise and coordinate with other functions that work with own audiences, such as Samsung Members, Community, Corporate Loyalty team etc Owner of Samsung Rewards Points program & ePromoter program Owner of email and push calendar of events & segmentation strategy Reporting, insights and optimization Agency monitoring and coordination.

This role covers Romania and Bulgaria. Bulgarian language is not needed, agency support will be provided.

For the proper management of the above activities, the following list of responsibilities will be required:

CAMPAIGN IMPLEMENTATION

  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies to deliver the campaign creative and copy
  • Brief and oversee the work of the external agency to implement the campaign according to brief
  • Manage the end-to-end execution, ensuring accuracy of digital marketing materials and provide formal sign off if necessary
  • Ensure that the organization’s brand and identity is implemented in each campaign
  • Learn and master the tools used for email marketing activities (Taxi for Email, Adobe Campaign)

CAMPAIGN TRACKING & ACTIVITY ORGANISATION:

  • Implement necessary tracking to monitor campaign performance
  • Regular measurement of KPIs: OR, CTR, ROAS, database performance (opt in, unsubscribe rate etc) as well as quality of traffic together with the data analyst
  • Analyze sales results, provide insights and optimization ideas to increase the relevant KPIs
  • On request report related to the activity
  • Agency management & regular status updates

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree level
  • 2+ years’ experience in email marketing, preferably with ecommerce background;
  • Experience with direct communication flows and procedures;
  •  Experience in implementing retention schemes and promotional activities as well (can share clear examples);
  • Experience with direct marketing tools; Taxi for Email and Adobe Campaign are a plus;
  • eCommerce experience is preferred
