About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Klaviyo Virtual Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting email marketing campaigns, automation workflows, audience segmentation, and performance reporting through Klaviyo.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven marketing and has experience working with eCommerce brands.

Responsibilities
  • Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Klaviyo

  • Build and optimize automated email flows, including:

    • Welcome Series

    • Abandoned Cart

    • Browse Abandonment

    • Post-Purchase Flows

    • Win-Back Campaigns

  • Segment customer lists and audiences for targeted marketing

  • Design and format email templates following brand guidelines

  • Conduct A/B testing to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions

  • Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights

  • Maintain email list hygiene and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to execute marketing strategies

  • Stay updated on Klaviyo features and industry trends

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using Klaviyo

  • Strong understanding of email marketing principles and customer lifecycle marketing

  • Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Shopify is highly preferred

  • Familiarity with email deliverability best practices

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email customization is an advantage

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects

Preferred Experience
  • Shopify integration and management

  • SMS marketing through Klaviyo

  • Email campaign strategy and calendar planning

  • Graphic design experience using Canva, Figma, or similar tools

Technical Requirements
  • Reliable computer or laptop

  • Stable high-speed internet connection

  • Backup internet solution preferred
