Job description
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Analysis & Optimization
- Track and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, etc.).
- Collect email-related data, identify trends, and convert insights into strategic recommendations for improvements.
- Implement daily optimizations to enhance deliverability, engagement, and lead generation.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to continuously improve results.
Business Analytics & Reporting
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing and email campaign success.
- Build and present regular performance reports and dashboards to senior management and stakeholders.
- Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik Sense) to communicate complex metrics in a clear and actionable way.
Requirements:
- Advanced SQL knowledge required
- Experience using analytics and BI tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI, Qlik Sense, MS SQL server) for data visualization and reporting
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Experience tracking and measuring KPIs related to campaign performance (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions, ROI)
- Excellent communication skills to present analyses and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- A proactive, self-starter approach to finding innovative solutions and best practices in marketing automation and analytics
- B2/C1 in English
Please note that this position is a maternity leave cover.
Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR
- Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period (usually 6 months).
