Email Marketing Executive

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Email Marketing Executive to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and lifecycle campaigns.

• Use email marketing tools (e.g., Active Campaign, Sales Force, HubSpot, or similar) to set up and automate campaigns.

• Write engaging email copies, design layouts, and ensure visuals align with brand guidelines.

• Segment email lists based on customer behavior, preferences, and demographics for targeted campaigns.

• Build email lists using different tools and methods.

• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and designs to improve open and click-through rates.

• Build advanced workflows and nurture sequences to personalize and automate email responses.

• Monitor email campaign performance and prepare detailed reports on key metrics (e.g., open rates, CTR, conversions).

• Ensure compliance with email marketing laws (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR).

• Collaborate with content, design, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive messaging across campaigns.

• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance campaign performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing.

• Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot).

• Strong understanding of email best practices, deliverability, and list management.

• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics to track performance.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template modifications is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
