Role Overview
Contract | 6+ months
At Integrant, we are looking for a strategic Growth Marketing Manager - Contractor who can design, optimize, and guide email marketing initiatives end-to-end — with a strong focus on B2B strategy, segmentation, and U.S. compliance.
This role is not execution-only. We are looking for someone who can define what should be done, why, and how, while being capable of executing when needed.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning (Top Priority)
- Define email marketing strategy aligned with business goals (lead generation, sales, retention, onboarding, upsell, reactivation)
- Identify target audiences, messaging approach, and campaign timing
- Integrate email into broader sales and marketing workflows
- Provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance and efficiency
2. Segmentation & Data Quality
- Design and maintain high-quality audience segmentation frameworks
- Define targeting logic, exclusions, and lifecycle segmentation
- Ensure proper opt-in/opt-out flows and database hygiene
- Build scalable approaches for B2B email targeting (smaller, high-value audiences)
3. Execution Oversight & Optimization
- Oversee campaign execution, A/B testing, and performance tracking
- Analyze campaign data and recommend continuous improvements
- Guide implementation of automation and lifecycle journeys
- Support future adoption of AI/agent-driven workflows
Compliance (Critical)
- Ensure full compliance with U.S. email regulations (CAN-SPAM and related laws)
- Apply best practices across platforms (e.g., Gmail policies, consent rules)
- Maintain strict adherence to data privacy and communication standards
Requirements
- Strong experience across:
- Email marketing strategy
- Segmentation & lifecycle management
- Campaign execution (hands-on when needed)
- Proven experience in B2B email marketing (must-have)
- Deep understanding of U.S. compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM required).
- Ability to think strategically beyond tools (tool-agnostic mindset)
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to back decisions with data.
- High attention to detail, especially in compliance and data accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience working with U.S. or international audiences.
- Experience in SaaS or tech environments
- Exposure to AI tools / marketing automation agents
- Experience advising on CRM or email tool selection
