PeopleCert is looking for an Email Campaigns & Social Media Assistant who will be responsible for supporting the execution of email marketing campaigns and social media initiatives. Through a solid understanding of PeopleCert’s digital marketing strategy and brand voice, the successful candidate will help deliver engaging campaigns across global markets. They will work with internal teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely communications that strengthen brand visibility and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Email Campaign Execution

  • Support the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content setup, scheduling, A/B testing, quality assurance, and deployment.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency with brand guidelines, and timely delivery of all email communications

Maintaining and Posting Social Media Calendars

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and publishing content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align content with marketing initiatives and campaign timelines.
  • Monitor engagement and respond to audience interactions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

Provide Metrics Reports

  • Collect, analyze, and report on performance data from email and social media campaigns.
  • Track key KPIs such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, impressions, reach, and engagement.
  • Present actionable insights to support optimization of future content and campaigns.

Traffic Management of Team Projects Across Platforms

  • Oversee coordination and timely delivery of marketing tasks across digital platforms by tracking progress and managing workflows.
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Airtable, or similar) to assign tasks, maintain deadlines, and flag potential bottlenecks.
  • Support smooth collaboration across content, creative, and marketing teams.

  

What We Look For: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of professional experience in digital marketing, email marketing, or social media management.
  • Basic understanding of email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and comfort working with performance metrics.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail and content accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Awareness of social media trends, digital marketing best practices, and emerging platforms.
  • Advanced written and spoken English (C2 level certification desirable; LANGUAGECERT C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus).
  • Advanced computer literacy; knowledge of project management tools (Wrike, Airtable, or similar) is desirable.
  • A team player with creativity, proactivity, and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

  • A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
  • Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)
  • HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
  • Financial background check
  • Employment reference check.
  • If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK.

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
