We seek a talented and innovative Email Campaign Manager to play a key role on our Revenue Enablement Team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a firm grasp of email campaign strategies, possess a flair for creative content creation, and exhibit a knack for analyzing campaign performance to optimize outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Craft captivating and personalized content and materials that resonate with our target audience
  • Innate creativity coupled with a sharp eye for design and content
  • Develop and execute email campaign strategies to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Design visually appealing and responsive materials and email templates that align with brand guidelines
  • Segment email lists to ensure targeted messaging based on customer demographics and behavior
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement
  • A/B test subject lines, content, and designs to optimize engagement and conversion rates
  • Collaborate with across multiple departments to ensure messaging is aligned with overall acquisition and retention campaign strategies
  • Stay updated on email campaign trends and best practices to implement innovative approaches

Requirements:

  • Experience in the LTO or other Fintech Industry working with retailers
  • CRM and Email Campaign Software Experience, preferably HubSpot and Iterable
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Figma, or Adobe
  • Proven experience in email campaigns, campaign management, and email service providers
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS for email template design and troubleshooting
  • Experience with A/B testing and reporting tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Exceptional copywriting and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in email campaigns
  • The ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities effectively
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: Earn a competitive base salary ranging from $80,000 to $90,000.
