We're Looking For An: Email Automation Manager, who will lead the development, execution, and reporting of email and SMS marketing automated campaigns, with a focus on optimizing customer post-purchase journeys to increase revenue, engagement, and retention. This role involves partnering with Email Marketing Operations and Copywriting Teams to create and implement segmentation strategies, design A/B tests, facilitate content updates, and conduct thorough analysis of autoresponder results. Additional responsibilities include repurposing email campaigns, building segments based on customer behavior and preferences, and performing regular QA spot checks to ensure campaign effectiveness.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Develop and implement segmentation strategies for email and SMS AR campaigns to effectively target and engage different customer segments.
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate tests to optimize AR campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and retention metrics.
- Analyze campaign results and customer behavior data to identify insights and opportunities for improvement, leveraging data-driven insights to refine segmentation and testing strategies.
- Collaborate with the Copywriting Team to ensure alignment of AR campaigns with broader marketing initiatives and messaging strategies.
- Work closely with the Email Marketing Operations Team to coordinate AR efforts with customer acquisition strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey across all touchpoints.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in email and SMS marketing automation, leveraging new tools and techniques to enhance AR capabilities.
- Perform regular QA to make sure ARs have updated landing pages, pricing, content, etc.

- 6 years of experience in email marketing, SMS marketing, or retention marketing, with a focus on segmentation and testing
- Demonstrated success in optimizing post-purchase journeys to increase revenue, engagement, and retention.
- Experience with customer segmentation, audience targeting, and campaign performance analysis.
- Experience in analyzing campaign results, customer behavior data, and other relevant metrics to derive actionable insights and inform segmentation and testing strategies
- Understanding of fundamental industry best practices in email marketing and automation.
- Proficiency in email automation and CRM platforms
- Proficient in Google Drive, especially Sheets and Docs
- 4+ years of experience within email marketing or marketing automation (Preferred)
- Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and emerging technologies in email marketing and automation. (Preferred)
- Experience in creating customer lifecycle journeys targeted at activating new customers, retaining existing customers, and reactivating inactive customers (Preferred)
- Familiarity with Maropost, Klaviyo, Netsuite, and Salesforce (Preferred)
- Building, QAing automated flows (Preferred)
- Experience in building and QAing automated flows, utilizing custom data fields, merge tags, or other dynamic content in email, and running A/B tests (Preferred)

The base salary range is $87,700-$117,000 plus annual & monthly KPI bonus potential.
