 SUMMARY
ELEMIS is seeking a talented Supply Chain Associate to join our team. We are searching for a recent graduate with a background in business, supply chain, or a related field to contribute to our team. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
 

  • Assist in efforts to improve accuracy by assisting in cycle count and physical inventory audit processes.
  • Regularly generate and analyze reports to assess stock levels, identify discrepancies, and ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained to meet demand and minimize stockouts.
  • Monitor expiration dates of inventory items, generate monthly reports to identify items nearing expiration, and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage the destruction process for expired goods, ensuring compliance with regulations and minimizing waste.
  • Assist in adjustments of inventory in our ERP for damages, order discrepancies and shrinkage.
  • Drive process improvements and elimination of scrap/waste through analysis of warehouse processes and data.
  • Coordinate the process of updating product SKUs, ensuring accurate documentation, communication with relevant stakeholders, and seamless transition to new SKUs to avoid disruptions in supply chain operations.
  • Oversee consignment inventory at designated locations including inventory tracking, reconciliation, and maintaining accurate records of consigned goods.
  • Assist the kitting process at location YS3010, ensuring efficient assembly of kits according to specifications, managing inventory levels of kit components, and coordinating with relevant teams to meet production and shipment deadlines.
  • Collaborate with various teams including, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Product Development to align supply chain activities with the overall business strategy.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS & CHARACTERISTICS
 

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in intermediate-level Excel skills / Google Sheets is required.
  • Planning and organization skills with the ability to manage multiple duties simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to quickly adapt and drive the right results using data.
  • Highest levels of integrity and ethics.
  • Excitement for working in an environment where each day can be very different from the last with a high level of ambiguity and change.
  • Passion for skincare/beauty industry.


The salary range for this position is $70,000-$75,000/yr.
