Maintains customer data, monitors KPIs, resolves escalations, and improves order management processes using tools such as SAP, EDI, and customer portals.

Lead field sales for Sephora US doors to drive regional revenue and market share. Coach and develop Account Executives, execute regional business plans and events, analyze sales performance, ensure visual and operational standards, manage budgets and partner with store leadership to improve customer experience and store execution through regular in-person and virtual visits.

Write and lead product and marketing copy across North America for all channels (email, social, website, POS, packaging). Solidify brand voice, collaborate cross-functionally (product, regulatory, digital, CRM, retail), plan local copy calendar for launches, and research competitive and cultural copy trends to drive cohesive, engaging customer messaging.

Support the Senior Marketing Manager – Wholesale with planning and executing wholesale marketing initiatives across US and Canadian partners. Maintain project trackers, prepare presentations and reports, organize marketing assets, assist with campaign and packaging coordination, support sample and kit management, and provide general team and cross-functional support for seasonal launches and promotions.

Support People & Organizational Development projects including digital onboarding launch, leadership program coordination, professional development initiatives, communications and research on best practices, administrative support for events, and assisting with AI tool integration into L&D workflows.

Partner with Retail, Construction, and G&A teams to deliver FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX tracking, and KPI reporting. Lead monthly close variance analysis, approve purchase requisitions, calculate store sales bonuses, optimize labor productivity, build TM1 reports, and provide actionable insights to improve ROI and control expenses.

Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes under IFRS; prepare journal entries and reconciliations; manage intercompany transactions and settlements; assist sales, property, and transfer tax reporting and audits; support AP/AR and respond to internal/external audit requests to ensure accurate Group reporting and compliance.

Lead US bi‑weekly payroll operations including full‑cycle processing, new hire onboarding, HRIS and ADP data entry, terminations, payroll audits, tax compliance across 25+ states, reporting, vendor interactions, and providing daily payroll support to stores and corporate employees.

Territory retail role managing Sephora US doors: drive sales, execute trainings and events, build retailer relationships, manage freelance teams and visual merchandising, track budgets and call cycles, and ensure campaign and inventory execution across assigned region.

Support execution of Email, SMS, and Direct Mail CRM programs through reporting, QA, documentation, and workflow assistance. Maintain trackers, calendars, proofing, and archives; perform competitive capture and administrative tasks to ensure timely, accurate campaign launches.

Support Sephora wholesale account management through inventory analysis, sales reporting, SKU administration, Excel reporting/tool creation, marketing support, online audits, and field sales toolkit development.

Process and verify vendor invoices, prepare payments (checks, ACH, wires), reconcile AP aging and vendor statements, support audits, convert filing to electronic, assist lease accounting comparisons and monthly rent calculations, and improve AP SOPs.
