About the role:
We are looking for a proactive team player with strong technical background and project management skills who will be responsible, within an international team, for the coordination of electronic development activities throughout the entire product lifecycle, from requirement definition to product release.
Whether looking at existing products and processes or starting from scratch, you’ll have the freedom to bring your curiosity to work, every day. That might be by looking for way to improve our products on the market, by being innovative with our customers in mind or by brainstorming ideas with colleagues and experts.
What will you do:
Collect, analyze and manage system and product requirements, translating stakeholder expectations into clear, quantitative and measurable technical specifications
Define internal and external product standards
Define electrical, mechanical and digital interfaces at system level
Define electronic module targets in terms of performance, schedule and cost
Define module project milestones and deployment timelines according to the Product Development process
Collaborate with internal R&D functions to define, review and update validation and approval test plans.
Support the Electronics Team in monitoring Generation Plan updates and budget adherence
Coordinate with manufacturing plants during new product introduction activities (e.g. sample builds, Check Points and related project milestones)
Ensure the correct execution of Engineering Change Management processes and assess the impact of technical modifications.
Coordinate development activities with offshore teams and external engineering partners.
Who you are:
Bachelor or Master degree in electronics or equivalent work experience
Experience in electronic product development and system engineering activities
Basic knowledge in analogue, digital and/or power supply electronics
Knowledge of international Safety standards for household appliances is a plus
Knowledge of electronic production processes
Fluent English language knowledge is required
Willing to travel
Where you'll be:
You will be based in R&D Tech & Labs offices, located in Zarow, our dishwasher manufacturing plant. In our office, you will work together with hundreds of people from different functions and various nationalities, with the common goal of creating the technologies of the future.
