What You'll Be Doing
Overseeing electrical maintenance and repair activities to ensure safety and efficiency.
Leading and mentoring a team of electricians.
Developing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
Troubleshooting and resolving electrical issues promptly.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
What Are We Looking For
Five (5) years electrical experience in a heavy industrial setting, supervisory experience preferred
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience in electrical systems and maintenance practices in a heavy industrial setting.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Competitive base salary, $77,180 - $102,900 and participation in our annual incentive plan.
