At Capital Heating, Cooling, Electric, & Plumbing, our people
are our most valued resource. One of Milwaukee’s most trusted and recognized
Electrical, HVAC, and plumbing service providers for the past two decades, Capital
Heating, Cooling, Electric, & Plumbing, provides unparalleled
residential electrical services, while also offering expert plumbing services
while ensuring exceptional customer service with every client interaction.
Because of the dedication of our team, we’ve been recognized by multiple
publications as one of Wisconsin’s Best Places to Work. With a team of
seventy employees and an owner who is in the shop every day, we are one of the
busiest and most established home-service companies in Metro Milwaukee — a
stable organization with real long-term growth.
As we move into a phase of growth, owner-led and locally owned Capital
Heating, Cooling, Electric & Plumbing is seeking an experienced and
motivated Electrical Services Manager to join our team of industry professionals.
Unlike other residential companies, our focus lands firmly on our employees,
training up with an emphasis on advancement & promotion for those looking
for a home in the field. The Electrical
Services Manager owns and builds our electrical department. Today the
department is a four-technician operation on a $2M annual revenue pace with
demand outpacing capacity. We are rounding out our team with one more
technician, and ownership's ambition is $5M and beyond. The Electrical
Services Manager is responsible for growing the team, running the
department's daily operations including scheduling, parts and materials,
quality, and budget, and operating the quoting engine that turns opportunities
generated by our in-home sales team into accurately scoped, profitably priced
electrical projects. An electrical license is not required — technical
scope authority runs through our Master Electrician of Record.
If you can manage your team while balancing resources, implementing
refinement & improvement strategies, and want to work for a company that
genuinely invests in your professional and personal success, please apply
today.
