This role is based out of Bedford, NS.What You Will Be Working On
· Ensure electrical construction activities are executed in accordance with company standards, contract requirements, and overall project schedules
· Provide technical support to electrical and instrumentation scopes, including participation in construction planning, design interpretation, constructability reviews, and resolution of design conflicts
· Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of project engineering procedures and related control documentation
· Collaborate with on-site teams and departments to resolve technical and coordination issues while maintaining quality and project progress
· Support continuous improvement of project processes and contribute to overall team effectiveness
· Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned to support successful project delivery
What We Are Looking For· Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
· 4-5 years of experience in an electrical coordination or project support role within construction
· Working knowledge of construction codes, standards, and industry best practices
· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to a variety of stakeholders
· Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams in a construction environment
· Ability to read, interpret, and apply construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
· Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate both structured and ambiguous situations
· Detail-oriented with solid organizational and time management capabilities
· Ability to prepare clear and concise documentation, including reports, correspondence, and meeting summaries
· Comfortable presenting information in both one-on-one and small group settings
· Proactive and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
