- 法令を遵守し, 安全を考慮した設備計画• 設計の実施
- 安全衛生基準• 環境基準の理解と遵守
- 技術的将来計画やロードマップについて説明
- 法令• 規則を遵守した設計• 許可書類の作成
- 設計• 施工に対する仕様書の作成
- 設計図面の取り纏め
- プロジェクトマネージメントに従ったプロジェクトの推進 （Scope/Budget/Scheduleの管理）
- 設備性能検査方法の決定
- カスタマーの要求の把握
- トラブル発生時に技術的な対策及び横展開
- 統計的データーに基づいた品質管理
- コスト• 省エネ• 環境管理活動の推進
- 設備の負荷管理及び設備更新• 増設の計画
- 設備劣化状況の把握及び維持• 更新の計画
- 専門技術• 知識の開発, 実行, 共有

必要な知識• 能力• 経験など
Must（必須項目）
- 製造業のSafety関連知識と実務経験5年以上
- 特高から低圧までの送配電および保護機能に関する知識
- 計装, 制御に関する知識
- SCADAによる監視設備構築の知識
- 一度に複数のTask/Projectを処理するスキル及び優先順位を付けるスキル
- 学士号あるいは実務経験
- SQLを使用してのTableau• Power BI等の作成能力
- AIの活用(Python/Webプログラミング言語等の経験)

Skills Required
- 5 years of practical experience in manufacturing safety
- Knowledge of power distribution from high to low voltage
- Knowledge of instrumentation and control
- Experience in building automation and process automation
- Ability to create reports using data tools like Tableau and Power BI
- Experience using AI for operational improvements
- Bachelor's degree or applicable experience
- Skills in handling multiple tasks/projects and prioritizing
