Electrical Engineer

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing electrical control panels using EPLAN, ensuring safe, reliable, and high-performing plant operations for our customers.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain electrical systems and symbol libraries in EPLAN.

• Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality, fully tested electrical control panels in compliance with applicable standards.

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Electrical Engineers, Procurement, and Logistics teams to deliver successful projects.

• Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve mechanical designs and instrumentation selections.

• Support service operations and provide technical expertise across departments when needed.

• Perform on-site inspections and testing activities, including line and insulation testing at customer facilities.

• Prepare, update, and maintain complete project documentation packages.

• Promote a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance with Ecolab safety standards and VGM regulations.

• Accurately complete administrative responsibilities such as timesheets and expense reports.

What You'll Bring

• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills, both written and spoken.

• MBO-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• VCA VOL certification.

• Valid Category B driver's license.

• Experience interpreting and working with technical drawings and schematics.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience or knowledge of water treatment processes is an advantage.
