Job DescriptionTechnical Skills / Expertise:
• A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in FPGA based development.
• Must demonstrate significant proficiency in VHDL.
• Experience in hands-on development and troubleshooting on embedded targets.
• Experience with XILINX design tools (VIVADO, SDK, simulator, Chip scope)
• Experience testing IP Cores and FPGA designs in simulation and on hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, data loggers, logic analyzers, signal generators/probes, etc.
Qualifications• Some experience with C/C++ especially in controlling embedded hardware
• Some knowledge of EtherCAT is a plus.
• Knowledge of simulation tools such as MATLAB.
• Experience with sensors, signal processing, controls, power electronics, motor drives or robotics is desirable.
• Hands-on experience with safety-critical devices.
