We are looking for a highly motivated Electrical Engineer to join a fast-growing team developing next-generation electrified systems. In this role, you will take ownership of electrical distribution design across battery systems, including wiring harnesses, bus bars, and system integration.
You will work in a cross-functional environment, collaborating closely with design, manufacturing, and purchasing teams to deliver robust, high-performance solutions from concept through to production. This is a hands-on engineering role with a strong focus on system optimization, electrical performance, and real-world implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
· Design and develop next-generation battery distribution systems, wire harnesses and bus bars
· Optimize cable/bus bar routing and component placement with regards to thermal performance, EMC and signal noise ratio and more
· Simulate electrical system performance and transfer functions in cables and bus bars
· Build, develop and maintain relations with key stakeholders such as design engineers, productions processors, purchasing and suppliers
Requirements
Educational background and previous experience required for the role
Qualifications and Experience
· A Bsc/Msc degree in Electrical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Relevant University Degree
· Minimum of 3-5 years working experience in Electrical Distribution Systems or System Design
· Good knowledge of EMC/EMI and how to design a distribution system to ensure good EMC performance
· Understands the impact of system performance of a wire harness or bus bar and know how to optimise it
· Preferred experience in E3 Zuken or NX, or other relevant CAD software
· Proficient knowledge and experience in industry standards
· Proficient knowledge in creating and reading electrical schematics
Specific skills
· Excellent English written and oral skills, Swedish is a plus
· An eye for detail
· Passionate about new technologies
· Ability to work well with others in a team environment, as well as independently
· Ability to work in a high profile and often high-pressured international environment

Skills Required
