Develop, validate, and deliver advanced multi-physics simulation models for battery cells (performance, degradation, thermal, swelling, mechanical, safety). Parameterize models with experimental data, support BMS and customer-facing projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to commercialize next-generation chemistries and prismatic cells.

Design, implement, and verify core BMS firmware in C for safety-critical energy storage systems. Develop cell monitoring, balancing, SOC/SOH estimation, and protection modules; optimize real-time performance; debug MCU peripheral interactions; and ensure software quality via unit tests, CI/CD, static analysis, and documentation.

Lead design, procurement, commissioning, and construction oversight of HV distribution infrastructure and GIS substations. Perform insulation, grounding, transient and stability studies, specify major equipment, manage vendor documentation, ensure safety and standards compliance, and support FAT/SAT to enable reliable grid connections.

Design, operate, and improve Lyten's cloud-native platform infrastructure. Implement IaC, CI/CD, serverless and Kubernetes-based systems, drive SRE practices, ensure observability and security compliance, troubleshoot production issues, and mentor engineers to improve platform reliability and scalability.

Design, implement, and test firmware for Battery Management Systems on RTOS or bare-metal platforms. Debug hardware-software interactions, create unit/HIL tests, run regressions, maintain documentation, and follow coding standards (including MISRA-C). Collaborate across hardware, system, and data teams through product lifecycle.

Design and build React + TypeScript web applications for monitoring IoT and telemetry data. Integrate with REST and GraphQL APIs, work with backend services (Node.js/Go/Python), SQL/NoSQL databases, and AWS. Maintain tests, CI/CD, component libraries, and collaborate with cloud/backend teams to deliver scalable, high-performance operator dashboards.

Design and optimize electrical distribution for next-generation battery systems including wiring harnesses and bus bars. Simulate performance, ensure EMC/EMI compliance, create schematics, and collaborate with design, manufacturing, purchasing, and suppliers from concept to production.

Manage and administer EDMS/PLM (Teamcenter) for large-scale industrial projects. Maintain document registers, enforce naming/versioning standards, perform quality checks on contractor/supplier documentation, coordinate workflows, approvals, and handovers, produce procedures and training, and act as primary documentation contact for stakeholders.

Lead enterprise business systems architecture, roadmap, and governance. Partner with business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives, guide engineers and solution architects, deliver integrations and automation, and ensure operational excellence and architectural consistency across systems.

Configure, program, and optimize ABB 800xA DCS control logic and HMI. Develop control strategies, configure components, test and validate logic, support commissioning, troubleshoot systems, and integrate via OPC/SQL and industrial protocols.

Lead equipment commissioning and production ramp-up for battery cell manufacturing. Drive process optimization, KPI improvement (yield, availability, OEE), root-cause analysis, DOE trials, documentation (WI, PFMEA), supplier technical feedback, operator training, and continuous improvement while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.
