Design and optimize mechanical components for grid-scale Li-ion battery systems including modules, packs, racks, frames, and enclosures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, customers, and suppliers; perform structural analyses for loads and vibration; apply DFM and cost optimization; contribute to Design FMEA; create technical drawings; and support prototyping and manufacturability.

Manage end-to-end HR operations for Lyten Poland, including onboarding, lifecycle changes, offboarding, HR data and systems maintenance, payroll coordination, benefits and leave administration, compliance with labor law, employee support, vendor and finance collaboration, and HR project support in a fast-growing manufacturing startup.

Lead global commercial strategy and go-to-market for BESS portfolio. Build and coach a high-performing sales team, pursue strategic accounts, negotiate high-value deals, and align customer needs with product and engineering roadmaps. Monitor market trends, represent the company in executive engagements, and support deployments and industry partnerships. Up to 50% travel.

Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and closure of complex engineering, IT, and CAPEX projects (factory lines, system integration). Develop WBS, schedules, and resource plans; manage risks, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams; communicate status to executives; apply Agile/Waterfall methodologies and PMO best practices to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Design, build, and operate scalable data infrastructure and pipelines for high-frequency lab/test data. Integrate lab equipment, ensure data quality and traceability, automate processing and reporting, and support engineers and scientists with validated datasets. Evolve architecture and lead data strategy and governance as the organization scales.

Design, implement, and verify core BMS firmware in C for safety-critical energy storage systems. Develop cell monitoring, balancing, SOC/SOH estimation, and protection modules; optimize real-time performance; debug MCU peripheral interactions; and ensure software quality via unit tests, CI/CD, static analysis, and documentation.

Lead design, procurement, commissioning, and construction oversight of HV distribution infrastructure and GIS substations. Design, operate, and improve Lyten's cloud-native platform infrastructure.
