The Role:
This role focuses on advanced filter manufacturing technologies. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining production processes, aligning equipment data and standards across sites, and establishing robust process flows for new filter lines. A key part of the role is creating SOPs and work instructions, then training production teams to ensure consistent, high-quality operations. Success requires openness to learning new sciences, mastering diverse assembly equipment, and driving continuous improvement in process capability.
In this role you will:
Identify and enhance/develop processes for Filter manufacturing line.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, work instructions, routings, and safety reviews.
Work with senior engineers to manage key operating performance criteria, yield, performance analysis, FMEA and SPC controls.
Drive root cause analyses and corrective action plans through the six sigma tools, collaborating with quality, product engineering, manufacturing and sales/marketing.
Lead the technology transfer from new product development to manufacturing, ensuring manufacturing is ready in accordance with Marketing requirements.
Identify and implement cycle time and yield enhancing activities.
Develop and maintain process documentation- operating procedures, test specs, test methods, component drawings.

Strong interest in semiconductor processes or clean technology
Must be able to travel globally 10%.
Proficient in English communication, Ability to speak Japanese is a plus.
Familiar with AutoCAD/Soliwork is a a plus.
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving skills
