工作职责：
岗位职责
- 课程框架设计 根据美国Common Core State Standards（CCSS）设计并开发5年级ELA（English Language Arts）课程体系，涵盖阅读、写作、听说与语言技能四大模块，将MAP、i-Ready等标准化评估框架融入课程目标，确保课程内容与测评体系对齐
- 课程研发 筛选适合5年级学生的文学与非虚构类文本，平衡趣味性、适龄性与教育价值，明确课堂讲授与课外独立阅读的内容划分，编写课件、配套材料及其它内容，开发配套Demo课与教学视频脚本
- 教学标准对接 深入理解美国各州ELA教学标准差异，确保课程内容满足主流州级标准化考试要求 将核心阅读策略（如文本分析、推理判断、主题归纳）与写作技能（记叙文、说明文、议论文）映射到具体文学作品
- 跨部门协作 与产品、运营及市场团队协作，参与课程包装与推广材料的内容审核，确保学术专业性与市场需求的平衡
任职要求：
硬性条件：
- 3年以上美国小学（K-5）ELA课堂教学经验，其中至少2年需为5年级或4-5年级高段教学经验
- 至少1年以上教研或课程开发经验，有独立编写教案、设计教学大纲或参与教材研发的成功案例
- 持有美国有效教师资格证（Teaching Credential）或相关州级教学执照
- 英语母语水平，具备优秀的学术英语写作与口语表达能力
专业背景：
- 本科及以上学历，教育学、英语教育、儿童文学或相关专业优先；硕士学历更佳
- 深入熟悉CCSS ELA标准体系，了解美国小学课堂生态、学生学习规律及常见读写教学难点
- 熟悉MAP、i-Ready、SBAC等标准化评估工具，能将测评数据转化为可执行的教学目标
核心能力：
- 具备将文学作品与阅读/写作/批判性思维技能进行精准映射的能力
- 逻辑清晰，能够高效处理多线程任务并按时交付高质量教研成果
- 优秀的跨文化沟通能力，能够适应中美团队协作节奏

Skills Required
- 3+ years of teaching experience in elementary ELA (specifically 5th grade or higher).
- 1+ years of experience in curriculum development or research.
- Valid teaching credential or state-level teaching license in the U.S.
- Native English speaker with excellent academic writing and speaking skills.
