The Research & Marketing Intern supports both the research and marketing teams by assisting with data collection, basic analysis, content preparation, and communication activities related to the Czech real estate market. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting real estate data and maintaining internal databases (residential, office, industrial, retail, investment).
- Support the team in gathering, analysing, and organising market insights and industry data.
- Contribute to the preparation of reports, presentations, and selected external publications (e.g. market overviews, client materials).
- Support marketing and communications activities, including content preparation for newsletters, website, and social media.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns and internal/external events.
- Help create and update marketing materials in line with brand guidelines (presentations, case studies, client documents).
- Monitor market news and competitor activity; share relevant insights with research and marketing teams.
- Attend events and support follow-up communication (e.g. summaries, LinkedIn posts, contact updates).
- Collaborate with research and marketing teams across the region to share best practices and ensure consistency.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the research or marketing teams.
