Your tasks:

  • Preparation of market and location analyses
  • Collaboration in the valuation of real estate portfolios and individual properties using national and international valuation procedures and standards (RICS, IVSC, TEGoVA, ImmoWertV & BelWertV) for national and international clients
  • Participation in the organization and implementation of Germany-wide property inspections and subsequent processing of the results
  • Maintenance of information databases and regular support in the preparation of pitch presentations and offers
  • Support in the preparation of valuation reports in German and English
  • Active regular communication with team colleagues as well as across departments
  • Support in the acquisition of new orders
  • Regular exchange with customers

Your profile:

  • Interest in the real estate industry
  • A successfully completed degree in geography, architecture, business administration/real estate management or a comparable course of study
  • You are enthusiastic about working with Excel and have an affinity for numbers and financial mathematical topics
  • Very good written and spoken German, knowledge of English desirable
  • Analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team
