Job Description
The Intern is responsible for providing assistance on accounting schedules and documentation. This includes assisting the team in preparing and update of tax schedules, journals and consolidation of documents related to tax audits and other related accounting works as assigned by the team.
About the role:
Preparation and Update of Manual Books of Accounts for BIR Audit such as General Journal, Sales Journal, Purchase Journal, Cash Receipts and Disbursements Journal and General Ledger
Scan, Update and Monitor accounting documents such as Invoices, Official Receipts, Billings/SOA, Check Vouchers and Creditable Withholding Tax Forms.
Assist in preparation of tax schedules and reports for BIR Audt.

About You
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; familiarity with accounting systems or databases is a plus.
Comfortable working with financial documents and analyzing basic data.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Interest in developing a career in finance, lease administration, or corporate real estate.
