Assist in the back-end analysis, client related and field activities
Major Responsibilities:
· Exposure in Real Estate advisory - Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, highest & best
use reports, Financial Modeling & concepts
· Self-driven individual with execution & client query handling responsibilities. The position will have both
elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development
· Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report, market research report etc., Market surveys, financial
modeling, making presentations.
· Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
· Site inspections
· Presentation and documentation work

· Graduation in Commerce, Finance or Statistical Background
