Job Summary:
The EHS Supervisor will support the Midway facility by overseeing daily environmental, health, and safety operations. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining safety programs, conducting audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The EHS Supervisor will serve as a key resource for employees and management, helping to foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary EHS contact for the Midway facility, supporting manufacturing operations
Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO 14001/45001, and company policies
Lead accident investigations and root-cause analysis, and track corrective actions using the EHS incident tracking system
Develop and deliver EHS training programs and safety committee initiatives
Support the implementation of all EHS policies all work areas
Maintain and administer EHS documentation, including JSAs, incident reports, and regulatory submissions
Collaborate with HR and leadership on workers’ compensation processes and injury reporting
Lead and provide support to the on-site EHS technician(s)
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
3–5 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and incident investigation protocols.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and EHS management systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead training sessions and safety meetings.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in renewable energy or solar manufacturing.
Familiarity with ISNET World and customer-facing EHS portals
Ability to travel occasionally for audits or training.
Spanish fluency is a plus.
