It is remote within the U.S. and requires 30%–50% travel.

Designs and improves solar tracker components through mechanical, structural, and civil engineering. Creates SolidWorks drawings, prototypes, test plans, and technical documentation; evaluates materials, manufacturing processes, tolerances, reliability, safety, and manufacturability. Coordinates with machine shops, vendors, and engineering teams to fabricate, assemble, test, and refine new designs. Provides product recommendations, design review input, management updates, and roadmap contributions.

Manage and grow key EMEA accounts in the renewable energy sector, focusing on strategic relationships, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

The Manager, Business Development Europe will enhance customer relationships, drive revenue growth through sales of solar products, and oversee the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, requiring approximately 50% travel.

Lead sourcing for new product development: identify and qualify suppliers, manage RFQs and bids, obtain NDAs, coordinate prototype parts, oversee tooling and part qualification, manage cut-ins and engineering change rollouts, and collaborate with engineering, quality, sales, inventory, finance, and procurement.

Provide direct legal and administrative support to the Chief Legal Officer, manage legal files and document version control, coordinate with internal teams and outside counsel on governance, securities, compliance, and litigation matters, prepare board and executive materials, facilitate signature and execution processes, and contribute to legal operations and process improvements.

Lead hands-on Lean continuous improvement initiatives across steel and solar tracker manufacturing to reduce waste, improve throughput, and cut cost. Facilitate Kaizen/RCI events, train production staff, analyze KPIs, implement process improvements, optimize flow and layout, support new product introductions, and report results to site leadership.

The Trade Compliance Specialist ensures compliance with trade regulations, supports import/export processes, assists with tariff analysis, and maintains documentation for customs operations.

Lead sourcing and procurement across assigned categories: develop and execute sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier performance and risk, oversee procurement operations and compliance, track KPIs and cost savings, and support stakeholders and junior team members.

Lead reliability strategy and testing for solar tracker products, including DFMEA, reliability modeling, accelerated and environmental testing, field failure analysis, root-cause investigations, warranty forecasting, and cross-functional integration to improve durability, safety, and lifecycle cost.
