About the Team

The EHS team carries a profound responsibility to keep people and the environments where we operate safe while we build the future. At this stage in Relativity’s trajectory, you'll have the rare opportunity to shape how EHS is embedded in every process and decision, from the factory floor to the launch pad. About the Role

  •  Drive incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action management.
  • Providing EHS support to departments across the site, including engineers, specialists, and technicians.
  • Drive initiatives that foster a positive safety culture.
  • Partnering with the team to create and review risk assessments, such as JHAs (Job Hazard Analyses). 
  • Preparing and providing support for EHS-related activities and documentation. 

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety and/or Environmental Sciences (EPA, MDEQ).
  • 2–4 years of experience in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS).
  • Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable environmental requirements. 
  • Knowledge of pressure safety principles, pressure systems, air contaminants and associated exposure controls, fall protection, and other core EHS topics.
  • Experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), field inspections, and hazard assessments.
  • Strong verbal communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across departments.
  • Experience delivering EHS training - Comfortable using Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office tools.

Nice to Have

  • ​​EMT certification and experience ​
  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
  • Completion of coursework or training on following topics: 
    • OSHA 30 hour – Relativity will provide this training after start date
    • Forklift operator certified
    • Aerial lift operator certified
    • RCRA / DOT Hazardous Waste Certified – Relativity will provide this training after start date
  • Bi-Lingual​

Hiring Range:
$74,000—$112,000 USD
