Job Description:
- Ensuring that a safe working environment is maintained at the manufacturing site and that the site is working in compliance with current Health and Safety legislation and with corporate guidelines
- Perform regular Health and Safety inspections and audits, report findings
- Provide advice and guidance in relation to Health & Safety throughout the organisation.
- Updating of Health & Safety Statement in line with legislation
- Assist in the development of project specific Health and Safety procedures.
- Deliver site induction and toolbox talks.
- Review and Approval of Site Specific Risk Assessments/Any other relevant Risk Assessments & ensuring risks are eliminated.
- Contribute to all Accident and Incident Reports, including Reporting Documentation
- Safeguard the company against any Health & Safety related issues.
- To identify environmental and health & safety issues that may affect the company and safeguard the company against same
Job Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or Degree qualification in Environmental, Health & Safety.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry
- Flexibility in working patterns where necessary.
- Ability to efficiently manage all environmental, health and safety issues on site.
- Strong communication & computer skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative and possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.
- Close attention to detail.
- Good team-working skills.
- Fluent Czech and English
