The EHS IT Manager is responsible for the operational configuration, deployment, and continuous improvement of all digital solutions that support the Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) function. This role bridges the gap between EHS operations and enterprise technology systems—ensuring that EHS digital tools are reliable, user-friendly, compliant, and aligned with company strategy.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical acumen for data-based decision-making with a passion for EHS. They will lead system implementations, manage vendor relationships, coordinate change-management initiatives, and support a data-driven EHS culture through analytics and dashboards.
Key relationshipsThe EHS IT Manager operates within a matrixed organization, where alignment and collaboration are crucial for effective stakeholder relationships. You will establish strong relationships at all levels of operations with peers, Regional Leaders, and the Extended Leadership Team, both within EHS, Operations, Development, and Office Management. You will be a key partner with CoreWeave IT, EHS cross-functional teams, and the operational knowledge management team.
Key Responsibilities- Operational ownership of EHS IT solutions supporting, but not limited to: event reporting, investigations, CAPA, Compliance calendar, SDS, Envir Permitting, IH, lessons learned, regulatory reporting, dashboards, etc…
- Signal point of contact to support and EHS issues relating to EHS-IT systems, reporting, and dashboards
- Develop and maintain the EHS-IT and data strategy.
- Establishing and managing EHS dashboards and analytics for all levels of management, including external EHS shareholder information.
- Establish and own system workflows for reporting, escalating, and change management.
- Responsible for external government reporting
- Establish systems and governance over EHS-IT systems for continuous improvement
- Establish an operational understanding and relationship with the partner EHS-IT solution, and manage integration or data pulls/pushes as needed for CoreWeave.
- Manage EHS-IT security access for roles and responsibilities within the EHS-IT systems
- Represent, engage, and manage relationships with SaaS providers and the enterprise CoreWeave IT organization.
- Additional support as requested.
- Travel up to 25% required.
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree in an Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) field.
- 7+ years of related experience in a technical, industrial, or mission-critical environment.
- Knowledge in OSHA and environmental regulations at the Federal level, with experience navigating state and local regulations.
- Proven technical EHS experience in regulatory reporting, dashboard, and management systems.
- Proven experience taking ownership, developing, and deploying EHS-IT solutions.
- Proven ability to develop operational workflows with an eye on efficiency and lean principles.
- Technical understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety.
- Ability to find and develop operational effectiveness that meets multiple stakeholder needs.
- Proven ability to facilitate collaboration among diverse groups in a matrixed organization, incorporating feedback to align teams with organizational strategy and vision.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple, competing projects and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in clear, professional communication (both verbal and written) with a demonstrated ability to address client needs and collaborate with internal teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to accuracy and thoroughness in all work products
- International EHS-IT experience is preferred.
- Preference for advanced degrees and professional certifications in data analytics.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000. The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).

While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.
