The Role
Lead emergency response and incident handling, conduct safety/environment/fire audits and risk controls, manage pre-work checks and EHS equipment (SCBA, PPE, fire systems), run ERT training and drills, and drive continuous improvement through hazard identification, data analysis, and cross-department coordination to ensure operational safety and resilience.

透過 ERT 訓練 與應變演練（涵蓋初訓, 複訓及承攬商訓練），結合消防與公共安全檢查機制，並落實文件管理 , 改善 追蹤 及總部報告作業，以持續強化應變能力與管理效能，確保整體安全體系之穩定運作與持續精進 。

Skills Required
- Hold one of: Fire Equipment Engineer/Technician, Occupational Safety Manager, Occupational Hygiene Manager, or Occupational Safety and Health Administrator certification
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related field (minimum)
