Job Description
What You’ll Do as an EHS Admin:
We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities:
Budget, Purchase Orders and Suppliers
Support the annual EHS budget submission, monthly forecasting and financial reporting.
Maintain budget trackers, raise purchase orders and resolve invoice and payment queries.
Act as the main point of contact for EHS Global suppliers and work with Finance and Procurement on contracts, pricing and supplier setup.
Coordinate the ordering of PPE, first-aid supplies, stationery and other EHS materials.
Meetings and Governance
Coordinate key EHS meetings, including Leadership Team, SteerCo, Working Groups and global team meetings.
Prepare agendas and presentation decks, gathering updates and materials from stakeholders.
Take minutes, record decisions and manage action trackers, following up with owners on progress and deadlines.
Support the organisation of EHS workshops, team events and global meetings.
Communications and Engagement
Support EHS communications, including newsletters, business updates and awareness campaigns.
Gather stories, draft content, source images and manage stakeholder approvals.
Help deliver campaigns such as World Day for Safety and Health at Work and Stay Safe Be Well.
Create clear and engaging presentations and branded materials.
Systems, Reporting and Project Support
Maintain the EHS Digital Hub and central Teams/SharePoint folders, working with local teams to keep information accurate and current.
Provide administration support for EHS systems, projects, audits and supplier transitions.
Coordinate the onboarding and induction of new EHS team members.
Provide general administrative and project support to the wider Global EHS team.

Able to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, dependable, discreet and comfortable working with senior and global stakeholders.
Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred.
