Gritter Francona is looking for a Solution Management Administrator to provide administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution teams supporting complex healthcare IT and EHR initiatives. This role coordinates activities across clinical and functional teams, governance bodies, technical teams, vendors, and site stakeholders to ensure solutions remain aligned with requirements, scope, schedule, and implementation goals.

The position supports informaticists and solution experts with requirements documentation, ticket management, testing, design reviews, vendor coordination, enterprise deployment, and continuous improvement activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative and project coordination support to solution teams, including schedules, deliverables, meetings, action items, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate collaboration among clinical leaders, technical teams, governance bodies, vendors, and local site teams.
  • Support informaticists and solution experts with requirements gathering documentation, workflow analysis, and solution planning.
  • Manage and track issues, risks, dependencies, tickets, and change requests using Jira or similar tools.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and functional testing, including test cases, requirements traceability, defect tracking, and test evidence.
  • Facilitate solution design reviews, document decisions and action items, and support solution optimization.
  • Coordinate vendor activities to maintain alignment with scope, schedule, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Support interface change requests and coordination with technical integration teams.
  • Assist with enterprise-to-site deployments, implementation readiness, and post-deployment activities.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, meeting minutes, decision logs, RACI charts, dashboards, and Lessons Learned documentation.
  • Coordinate with training, change management, clinical, functional, and technical teams throughout implementation.
  • Support continuous improvement and enterprise rollout initiatives.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–8 years of relevant experience providing administrative, logistical, and programmatic support to solution or project teams.
  • Direct experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Experience with project coordination, requirements management, testing/UAT, vendor coordination, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience analyzing clinical workflows and translating clinical or functional requirements into IT solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Health/Cerner Millennium, including Orders, Documentation, or Scheduling.
  • Experience withJira, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel.
  • Familiarity with FHIR and EHR interoperability.
  • Experience with Agile, Hybrid, or ADM project methodologies.
  • Experience supporting enterprise EHR deployments, healthcare operations, or large-scale government healthcare programs.
  • Experience coordinating with training, change management, and technical interface teams.

Skills Required
