Lead and oversee complex VA/VHA healthcare programs (EHR modernization, PACT Act, OPPE, access improvement). Manage contracts, project schedules, budgets, data analytics, governance, risk, quality assurance, and change management. Produce ER diagrams, data dictionaries, and metadata; translate business requirements into scalable database designs; support migration, data governance, security, testing, and collaboration with architects, developers, EDI teams, and IPTs to ensure high-volume, interoperable, and maintainable enterprise data solutions.
