Job Summary
Lead Contractor safety Administration program on site.
Lead Site Machine Safety Program.
- Lead the EHS management system implementation activities at flavor manufacturing plant, R&D labs.
- Lead the compliance with the agreed certification of EHS management system; ISO45001 and ISO14001.
- Lead the risk management program on site; task risk assessment, Job safety analysis , EHS assessment product introduction safety assessment and new project installations.
- Develop / Conduct internal audit processes to assure compliance with EHS standards, country regulations.
- Coordinate the Manage of Change activities.
- Establish assessment plan of the exposure to chemical materials and develop improvement plan where required to keep the OEL’s at the safe threshold limits reference to the legal requirements.
- Plan and lead the regular site EHS audit inspection processes and develop the relevant report to the management for implementation support.
- Lead the Emergency response plan and arrangements on site and set regular assurance strategy to ensure the ERP effectiveness and readiness. Act as key member of local crisis management team and coordinate the crisis management plan update.
- Set up regular assurance process and monitoring the compliance of EHS implementation with country regulations and IFF corporate policies and procedures.
- Establish / conduct annual EHS plan covering all department to verify and assess the EHS aspects and impacts.
- Lead the sustainability programs, establishment performance measures to sustain / manage the produced wastes/ landfill measure, energy usage, water usage/ ton Metrix produce. Generate the quarterly reports to monitor the evolutions reference to the agreed IFF global sustainability vision and milestones.
- Lead Zero waste to land fill assessment and improvement program to ensure the certification validity.
