Overview

The Product Manager is a key leader responsible for driving business outcomes, maximizing top-line revenue, and fostering growth within specialized business units supporting the Emerging Product Lines Team. 

This pivotal role requires a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends. The Product Manager will act as a bridge between departments, championing customer advocacy, building strong vendor partnerships, and ultimately aligning product strategies with ATG's mission to deliver valuable solutions to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve measurable business results by fostering growth and maximizing top-line revenue within assigned business units.
  • Champion a unified vision that boosts revenue, secures stakeholder buy-in, and accelerates business unit growth.
  • Strategically align product offerings with customer needs, ensuring value delivery.
  • Take ownership of achieving defined sales revenue goals.
  • Spearhead impactful marketing initiatives focusing on real-world customer success stories and tangible outcomes.
  • Equip sales teams with tools, education, and resources to enhance their selling potential.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and mutual success.
  • Drive the success of specific business units by increasing revenue, attracting new customers, and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Act as a champion for the customer, ensuring products and services address genuine challenges and deliver meaningful value.
  • Establish and maintain ongoing feedback processes to collect customer insights and relay them to product, marketing, and operational teams for continuous improvement.
  • Proactively engage with customers through interviews, surveys, and user groups to anticipate evolving needs.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable recommendations to adapt and innovate.
  • Deliver tailored strategies and resources that enable sales teams to effectively address client needs.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless collaboration, customer-centric processes, and alignment of efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deep knowledge of product management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and draw insights.
  • Experience in leading and mentoring teams.
  • Strong understanding of the AEC industry and its technology landscape (preferred).

This full-time role requires a minimum of 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to meet deadlines.
