Serve as primary client contact to lead planning, demos, and delivery across design and development teams. Drive new government sales by prospecting state, local, and education agencies, conducting outcome-driven discovery, building long-term trusted relationships, navigating public procurement (RFPs/RFIs/cooperative contracts), collaborating cross-functionally, maintaining CRM records, and forecasting long-cycle opportunities to close deals and ensure smooth post-award handoffs.

Source, screen, and interview candidates; manage applicant flow and ATS documentation; partner with managers on hiring strategy, headcount reporting, and recruiter training to meet growth targets.

Owner of services opportunity definition and services revenue: lead structured discovery, build Miro-based roadmaps, develop SOWs, qualify and close services deals, manage pipeline and handoffs, rescope as needed, and ensure delivery readiness and alignment across sales and delivery teams.

Serve as a technical pre-sales advisor for AEC clients: lead discovery, design high-level integration and automation solutions, create proposals and architectures, communicate with executives, and hand off feasible solutions to delivery teams while identifying expansion opportunities.

Provide consulting, training, implementation, standards setup, templates, and technical support for Autodesk Forma and related Autodesk Construction Cloud solutions. Guide AEC clients on workflows, troubleshoot issues, run demos and trainings, support sales and marketing, and stay current with construction technology to improve project delivery and customer outcomes.

Design and build data warehouse, lakehouse, and analytics solutions on Microsoft Fabric and Azure SQL. Implement Medallion Architecture, develop reliable ELT/ETL pipelines, model data for analytics, ensure data quality and monitoring, consult with clients on requirements and governance, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.

Maintain and automate CI/CD pipelines across multi-cloud (AWS/Azure), triage and resolve deployment failures, extend Terraform IaC, embed security into SDLC, optimize developer experience with GitHub Actions and release patterns, and maintain observability using Prometheus/Grafana/Sentry/Datadog.

Sell AEC design software and services through full-cycle business development: prospecting, discovery, relationship building, closing deals, and collaborating with pre-sales, marketing, and account teams. Track pipeline in CRM, meet monthly/quarterly targets, attend required onboarding summit, and support client success through consultative selling.

Serve as the technical liaison between AEC clients and software engineers: perform discovery, map systems and data flows, document functional/SQL requirements, validate APIs, design pragmatic automation, and ensure deliverables align with client goals.

Design and build scalable Python/Django web apps and APIs, create data models and integrations, implement background jobs and CI/CD, ensure security and observability, perform code reviews, document architecture, and mentor team members.
