• To ensure seamless, uninterrupted service for our clients, you will play a critical role in actively monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining all of our products and services.
• Your ability to adhere to internal procedures and escalate issues promptly will be key to ensuring swift resolutions.
• You will be responsible for accurately recording all incidents in our internal systems and proactively coordinating with various departments to guarantee quick and smooth resolutions.
• An analytical mindset and problem-solving skills will be essential to succeed in this role.
• Additionally, you will handle phone calls and email inquiries from partners, providing support at levels 1 to 3.
• This position involves regular shift rotations, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, with shift bonuses for weekend and night shifts.
• You will have dedicated time for training, projects, and personal development. There are excellent opportunities for career advancement within SQ.
• The work schedule is known one year in advance to help you plan effectively.

• Solid hands-on experience with Linux system administration and Microsoft Windows is essential.
• Familiarity with JIRA and other tracking tools, as well as experience with Java-based applications, is highly beneficial.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with a passion for investigating and identifying the root cause of issues, are crucial for success.
• Proficiency in Grafana/Python or any other coding/script language would be a major advantage.
• You are fluent in both English and French, with excellent communication skills.
• This role is perfect for someone who is proactive, eager to learn more about finance, and passionate about technology.
