Leads Swissquote’s independent Internal Audit function, reporting to the Board and Audit & Risk Committee. Builds the in-house function from an outsourced model, establishing its charter, methodology, audit universe, risk-based plans, team, tools, QAIP, and co-sourcing model. Provides assurance across financial, regulatory, operational, technology, cybersecurity, and emerging risks; manages FINMA relationships; challenges control weaknesses; develops data analytics and automation; and leads the Internal Audit team.

Design, develop, test, and maintain reliable Java backend services supporting institutional trading applications. Own technical topics end to end, contribute to architecture and integrations, troubleshoot production issues, manage databases and transactional behavior, and improve scalability, resilience, observability, and delivery practices. Collaborate across teams, review code, support production systems, and mentor less experienced engineers.

Operate and modernize production applications on Kubernetes, improving reliability, observability, performance, deployment safety, and operational readiness. Responsibilities include service mesh operations, GitOps and progressive delivery, SLO and KPI definition, failure and load testing, automation, AI-enabled troubleshooting, JVM production support, third-level support, and participation in on-call rotations.

Operate and improve production eFX and cryptocurrency platforms across on-premise and private cloud infrastructure. Responsibilities include managing Kubernetes clusters, responding to incidents, automating operational processes, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, improving observability, troubleshooting faults, conducting resilience and disaster recovery testing, and participating in on-call support. The role partners with infrastructure and development teams to improve scalability, availability, performance, and production reliability.

Own and evolve Swissquote’s digital design system across its website and digital media. Create and document Figma components, styles, variables, templates, and guidelines; ensure interface consistency, accessibility, responsiveness, and accurate developer implementation. Support adoption across design teams, coordinate cross-functional requests, collaborate with developers and content teams, and integrate AI and emerging design tools into design workflows.
