Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced EE project manager/developer to lead the development of automotive electronic hardware products from concept to production. The role combines project management, technical leadership, hardware development, validation, and stakeholder management to ensure successful delivery of high-quality automotive electronics solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess strong experience in automotive hardware design, board-level validation, project execution, cross-functional collaboration, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Technical Leadership
- Lead EE development activities throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage project planning, execution, risks, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with System, Software, Mechanical, Quality, Manufacturing, and Test teams.
- Manage customer, supplier, and internal stakeholder interactions.
