What You’ll Do-Education Program Designer
- Design and develop engaging global education programs, digital, webinars, curricula, and digital learning experiences regarding lactation science.
- Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create learner-centered content.
- Partner with internal experts and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to translate complex scientific content into impactful educational experiences.
- Lead the design strategy for webinar platforms, e-learning experiences, and digital engagement tools supporting large global audiences.
- Create interactive multimedia content, assessments, and educational materials using modern learning technologies.
- Analyze learner engagement data and feedback to continuously improve program effectiveness and user experience.
- Recommend innovative educational technologies, platforms, and creative approaches to increase healthcare professional engagement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to align education initiatives with organizational goals.
Qualifications-Education Program Designer
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Curriculum Development, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- Experience designing scalable educational programs, digital learning experiences, and instructional materials.
- Strong expertise with instructional design models, e-learning platforms, webinar technologies, LMS systems, and content authoring tools.
- Strong creative thinking, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience working within healthcare, medical device, or healthcare professional education environments preferred.
- Experience supporting global audiences and collaborating across regions preferred.
