YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 

The Marketing team at Altman Solon is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Editorial Coordinator to support the development and publication of Altman Solon’s global thought leadership content. Working closely with our Editorial Lead, you will help ensure that our content is accurate, engaging, optimized, and delivered on time. 

Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Support the editing and quality review of thought leadership content, ensuring consistency with Altman Solon’s editorial standards and brand guidelines 
  • Prepare content for review by the Editorial Lead and coordinate revisions with internal and external contributors 
  • Manage content workflows, timelines, and handoffs across copywriters, subject matter experts, and marketing stakeholders 
  • Maintain and track the editorial calendar, publication schedules, and content pipeline 
  • Conduct SEO and content audits to identify opportunities for content refreshes, updates, and optimization 
  • Coordinate approved updates to published articles and maintain content health tracking 
  • Support the management of freelance copywriters and external editorial resources 
  • Collaborate with Design and Digital Marketing teams to ensure smooth content production and publication 
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor content, and thought leadership best practices 
  • Support ongoing improvements to editorial processes, documentation, and workflow management 

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS 

  • 1–3 years of experience in editorial coordination, copyediting, content production, journalism, marketing, or a related field 
  • Native or bilingual English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Strong command of grammar, style, and professional writing conventions 
  • Conversational level of French 
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Experience working with content management, project management, or editorial workflow tools 
  • Familiarity with SEO, content optimization, and digital publishing principles 
  • Comfortable working with AI-assisted content creation tools and workflows 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality 
  • Experience in professional services, consulting, B2B marketing, or thought leadership environments is a plus 
  • Experience with CMS platforms and web publishing workflows is an advantage 
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in an international environment
