- Globally, grew revenue by >130% YoY, while reducing cash burned by 90% YoY, with over $100M USD raised from global investors such as BOND, NewView, Blackbird and Airtree (early backers of companies like Canva, Stripe and AirBnb)
- Grew to over 100,000 monthly active patients globally across our weight management program
- Grew from 4,000 to ~40,000 patients in the UK, and received selective NICE endorsement to provide service to the NHS
- Tailored our offering to over 5,000 patients in Germany and Japan, with a goal to extend our patient base to over 30,000 patients across both markets in 2025

About the Role (What You'll Be Doing)
We’re looking for a Video Editor to join JuniperAU’s growing post-production team in Manila.
You’ll be hands-on editing content that helps women feel seen, supported, and inspired, from UGC-style social ads to more polished brand campaigns. You’ll work closely with our Senior Video Editor (who you’ll report into), as well as creatives and strategists to bring ideas to life through sharp storytelling, smart pacing, and a strong attention to detail.
This is a fast-moving role where you’ll help produce high volumes of content, work across a wide variety of formats, and keep pushing your craft in a supportive, collaborative team.
- Edit content across a range of formats, mainly short-form paid social ads, UGC, testimonials, and other original video content for Juniper’s weight loss program
- Work with raw footage (including UGC and past shoots) to create new ad variations, cutdowns, and testable formats
- Collaborate with creatives, strategists, and performance marketers to turn briefs into high-performing content
- Support the Senior Editor in maintaining clean, organised file structures and export systems
- Contribute to a fast, efficient production pipeline and help the team hit weekly content targets
- Stay across editing trends, tools, and best practices, and apply them to your work
About You (Who You Are)
- 2–4 years’ experience editing video content, ideally in a content or performance-led environment
- Proficient in Premiere Pro, with working knowledge of After Effects and Davinci Resolve
- Strong eye for story, pacing, and performance: able to take raw footage and turn it into something sharp and engaging
- Detail-oriented and process-minded: you keep files tidy and timelines on track
- Comfortable working in a high-output, test-and-learn creative environment
- Collaborative, curious, and keen to grow your craft as part of a supportive post-production team
Nice To Have
- Experience editing paid social ads or direct-response creative
- Basic motion graphics or animation skills
- Experience working with content sourced from real people (testimonials, UGC, etc.)
- Familiarity with editing for performance or using creative data to iterate
- A reel or portfolio of work you’re proud of
