Leidos is seeking an eDiscovery Technical Analyst to work on-site in support of the Department of Justice in Washington, DC. Be one of the first to dedicate your skills and talent to a newly formed division of the Department of Justice, National Fraud Enforcement Division.
Primary Responsibilities:
Support the stand up and maintenance of litigation support software in Cloud, Server and PC which includes RelOne, Nuix, Axiom, etc. in AWS, Azure or LAN.
Assist in the migration of 1 PB of data from Relativity Server to RelOne
Applies senior-level skills and analytic abilities, particularly with respect to specific litigation support application software, operating systems, or technologies including client apps, server apps and Cloud apps for the operation, maintenance, security and upgrade of a federal government’s eDiscovery IT infrastructure and applications environment.
Experience with field capture, transcription, language processing and modern ETL techniques and solutions engineering, recommending and leveraging new technology to process vast quantities for structured and unstructured data.
Consults with Contractor and Government management to solve complex litigation support requirements.
Make recommendations for technical solutions including applications development, applications maintenance, documentation, quality assurance and user support.
Provides technical advice, supervision, and guidance to the contractor support team.
Evaluates programs in terms of efficiency, effectiveness, quality and interoperability with client systems.
Evaluates software and hardware requirements along with short- and long-range planning, including systems integration solutions and telecommunications requirements.
Translates advanced concepts into practical and effective solutions using structured techniques to define requirements.
Develops feasible alternatives and estimates costs of implementation.
Makes presentations of findings, recommendations, and specifications in formal reports and oral presentations to a variety of audiences, including non-technical personnel.
May be required to perform supervisory or managerial duties.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) and 4+ years of specific, hands-on experience supporting a federal government’s eDiscovery IT infrastructure and applications environment.
Demonstrate mastery level skills designing, implementing, and troubleshooting applications, and making use of the software or technology for which services are required including ESI processing applications
Possess in-depth skills and experience that clearly demonstrate the professionalism and capability to support the successful installation, operation, maintenance, security and upgrade of litigation support software in use at a federal agency
Significant expertise in supporting a large eDiscovery data migration
Hands-on experience migrating litigation data from a server-based application to the cloud
Experience within both Relativity Server and RelativityOne environments
Experience supporting implementations within complex, multi-org government cloud ecosystems
Systems analysis skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
Desired Qualifications
Experience in supporting user support help desks
Experience developing and deploying new applications to an established user group
Experience in a litigation support environment
Hands-on experience in a Windows office automation environment such as JCON
Trial support experience a plus
Graduate degree in computer science or information management/technology
Supervisory or managerial experience preferred
Please note: while the salary range is wide, the specific salary range for this position is going to be around $115,000.
