- Generate and manage daily disablement reports for employees under legal hold.
- Ensure proper documentation and final collection of data.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures and eDiscovery best practices.
- Assist in managing laptop asset tracking and collection for litigation cases.
- Perform quality control (QC) checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with help desk and cross-functional teams to facilitate collection and preservation efforts.
- Support Microsoft Purview collection activities under guidance from senior team members.
- Track, document, and report on project tasks and metrics.
- Work with cross-functional teams across different divisions to meet project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3-5 years of eDiscovery experience.
- Experience with tools such as Reveal, Relativity, or other eDiscovery platforms.
- Familiarity with the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
- Prior experience in corporate, legal, or vendor environments.
- Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
