The EDI Systems Analyst designs, develops, deploys, and maintains the systems and applications that power SavvyStock operations. This role serves as the go-to expert for system implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and process optimization, ensuring technology consistently supports operational excellence. The analyst drives system configuration, training, documentation, and seamless integration with business processes while partnering cross-functionally in a fast-paced, multi-leg transportation environment. By leading root cause analysis, troubleshooting complex issues, and delivering innovative solutions, the Systems Analyst provides exceptional support to users, clients, and distributor partners while identifying opportunities to enhance system performance and user experience.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the subject matter expert for SavvyStock systems and applications, driving enhancements that improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Lead and support global system projects, including design, development, implementation, testing, training, and deployment.
- Analyze business requirements and document current and future system processes to support strategic initiatives.
- Develop training materials, SOPs, and work instructions to ensure effective system adoption and consistent execution.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, clients, and distributor partners to deliver innovative system solutions and optimize operations.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and recommending scalable system enhancements.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and provide Tier 1 support through root cause analysis and problem resolution.
- Deliver technical expertise and global user training to maximize system utilization and operational effectiveness.
- Support planning and optimization strategies by leveraging system capabilities to improve service levels and business performance.
- Provide operational and analytical support across the organization, including in-depth analysis and EDI transaction mapping.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or Supply Chain, or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
- 3-5 years’ experience with EDI and VMI in Supply Chain environment.
- Advanced Excel expertise, including PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, data analysis, and reporting.
- Working knowledge of SQL and experience with EDI, VMI, IT systems, and distribution operations. Advanced SQL knowledge a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, SharePoint, and related business applications.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and provide clear progress updates.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, analyze data, and develop effective, scalable solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and global time zones.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to support on-call, evening, and weekend operational needs as required.

Compensation: The expected annual base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
