The Role
Provide end-to-end EDI application and production support, monitor and troubleshoot transactions, resolve incidents within SLA, and perform root-cause analysis. Support trading partner onboarding, EDI mapping changes, service requests, deployments, application health monitoring, system performance, and batch jobs. Coordinate with business users and cross-functional teams, maintain documentation, and participate in on-call support.
